1. Processing Time
Every order is prepared with care. Our processing times are as follows:

- • Custom Mural/Bespoke Pieces: 7–14 business days.
2. Shipping & Delivery
To ensure the best quality and pricing, we ship our collections directly from our specialized international distribution centers. Please allow for the following estimated transit times:

3. Customs & Duties

4. Damages & Assistance
We want your space to be perfect. If your item arrives damaged, please retain all packaging and contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
