Refund & Returns Policy

At Skyline Decoration, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that choosing the perfect decor for your space is an important decision. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must meet these strict criteria:

  • Condition: The product must be in its original, pristine condition—unopened, uncut, and unapplied. Any wallpaper or decor that shows signs of being cut, pasted, or having adhesive removed will not be accepted.
  • Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all protective materials.

2. Return Fees & Responsibilities

We aim to keep our pricing accessible by minimizing return overhead:

  • Buyer’s Remorse: If you change your mind or ordered the wrong style, you are responsible for return shipping costs. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to cover inspection and processing. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Store Error/Defect: If the item is defective or arrived damaged, we will provide a prepaid return label or arrange for a replacement at no cost to you.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or Made-to-Order: Custom-printed murals or bespoke sizing requests are final sale.
  • Used/Applied Products: Wallpaper that has been cut or applied to a wall cannot be returned.
  • Clearance/Final Sale: Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.

4. How to Initiate a Return

Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted. Please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at mannkyne5979@hotmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. If the item is damaged, attach high-resolution photos of the product and the packaging.
  3. Once approved, we will issue an RMA number and shipping instructions.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.
